Have a design but require this incorporating into a package ready for tendering? Send us your information and we will produce a set of tender documents including Preliminaries, Schedule of Works, Form of Tender and Tender Invitation Letter but this can be adapted to suit individual Client requirements.  We prepare tender packages, identify a supply chain, tender proposed developments, analyse and produce tender reports to our Client and prepare contracts.   We are experienced in the use of JCT, NEC and bespoke Forms of Construction Contracts.
